AIGAC 2023 All Schools Day & Applicant Fair - School Participation

We are very excited to invite you to our 2023 Activities. This invitation is being sent to the lead contact we have for your school so that your team can have a discussion to coordinate their participation.  

This year we are holding our conference and the applicant fair as two stand alone events on separate dates.    

We are thrilled to have Johnson Cornell, Columbia Business School and Yale School of Management as the hosts for our 2023 conference. All Schools Day will be Tuesday June 6 hosted at Columbia Business School.  There is no cost to register or attend this event, outside of your direct expenses to get to the conference.  This year, as we will be back in person, each school can send one individual from their admissions leadership. We are in the process of building out the sessions and panels with full details to be released in early April. Our vision as in the past, has been to design programming that allows us to learn each others' roles and perspectives to help serve applicants better.  Please use this form to register.

The AIGAC Applicant Fair will be held on Wednesday May 24.  The applicant fair brings together top-tier Business Schools and applicants who are considering or applying for admittance to a Business Program.  This is the third year that AIGAC will be co-hosting this event with our partner schools and each year the event grows.  We anticipate that our hall will have 25-35 top business schools in attendance and we will host 5 – 10 live sessions. This year we will have two dedicated times for school booths - one in the morning and one in the afternoon - to support multiple time zones. As an international event we do our best to span multiple time zones. Sessions will be recorded and available for access by applicants for 30 days.  Additionally, all school booth resource materials will also be available for that same time frame. Schools will receive a report of all registrants, as well as specific details on booth traffic. Please use this form to indicate how you would like to participate and if you choose to buy a booth you will be able to pay for it at that time.  If you do not plan to have a booth at the fair, but would like to participate in session panels, we will follow up with you to have you complete the appropriate form through our virtual platform. 

Each Booth purchase includes:

  • Branded 3D booth
  • Ability to have a pre-recorded video message
  • Chat with attendees
  • Links to resources documents for attendees to download your materials
  • Zoom room link (you provide your hosted zoom account link to meet with students)
  • Promotion of key session time - ie if you will host a 10 minute session on a topic specific to your program. This will be within your zoom room at a specific time and we will advertise it for you.
